Building Approvals

Pro Cert is able to approve a wide range of construction projects from small scale domestic to large industrial and commercial projects. Pro Cert is also an active participant in the Electronic Housing Code pilot program

At Pro Cert Group we are able to carry out the following services:

• Certification of Construction Projects, including the provision of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Compliance Certificates, Occupation Certificates and the carrying out of critical stage inspections.

   

• Certification of Crown (Government) Construction Projects, including the provision of Crown Building Work Certificates, 109R Certificates, inspections during construction and Building Completion Certificates.

• Building Regulation Consultancy, including the provision of Building Code of Australia Compliance Reports on existing and proposed building and the provision of assistance with the interpretation of conditions of Development Consents. We are also able to provide consultancy in relation to Section J Energy Efficiency Reports under the BCA and audits and reports in relation to the Disability (Access to Premises - Buildings) Standard 2010.

• Food Premises Audits and Design Consultancy, including inspections and reporting on food premises compliance and consultancy in relation to the design of new food premises.

• Assistance to Local Government, including assistance with development approvals, construction certificate applications, building certificate inspections, regulated premises inspections, on-site sewage management facility inspections and approvals.
